I build AI systems that actually run in production — not pilots, not slide decks. Multi-tenant. Governed. Tied to measurable business outcomes. Today that means leading two production AI platforms at All My Sons Moving & Storage: a call-analysis SaaS that scores live sales conversations against an agent-performance KPI framework, and an internal MCP-based platform that standardizes how employees and applications access LLM-powered tools across operations, safety, and HR. Both shipped, both in active use, both built on the patterns I’d reach for again — LangChain / LangGraph orchestration, RAG over Atlas Vector Search, MCP for tool surfaces, Bedrock for managed model access, multi-tenant isolation as a first-class architectural concern.

The architecture side runs in parallel. I lead the company’s enterprise data platform RFP across Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric — vendor evaluation, POC scoring, TCO modeling, and stakeholder alignment across data, finance, operations, and executive leadership.

What’s worked across these initiatives: holding the architect, builder, and governance lenses at the same time. Architecting a reference pattern in the morning, writing the Python eval script for it after lunch, and defending the design choices to a board the next week — usually all on the same platform. That combination is the thing that keeps these systems running in production rather than stalling at the pilot stage.

Technical Architect

Lead two production AI platforms — a multi-tenant call-analysis SaaS and an internal MCP-based AI tool platform — and drive the enterprise data platform RFP across Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.

Set enterprise standards across web, mobile, and back-office systems on AWS, GCP, and on-prem. Hold the architect / builder / governance lenses simultaneously: reference patterns in the morning, eval scripts after lunch, board-level design defenses the next week.

Architected the platforms underneath: an Asterisk-to-Twilio migration that retired a 15-year telephony stack in 3 months with zero downtime (now 3,000+ calls a day), and a config-over-code sales CRM that cut routine changes from 2–3 weeks to minutes for 300+ agents across 107 branches.

Piloting an agent-ready website: WebMCP tools that let AI agents get moving quotes for customers, in closed testing with ChatGPT, Grok, and Meta Muse agents, alongside hands-on work with the UCP, ACP, and AP2 agentic commerce protocols.

Dedicated consultant to All My Sons. Owned end-to-end architecture of web and mobile applications on AWS and Google Cloud; built reusable platform components (Cognito auth, AppSync GraphQL, Lambda backends) that became standard building blocks across the AMS portfolio.

Established CI/CD and resilience standards (GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, automated DB replication and backups) that materially reduced downtime for customer-facing services.
